To achieve this, we are on a mission to bring together professional pathways and purpose so that everyone can find a way to achieve professional fulfilment whilst creating positive impact. We enable individuals to find and follow their pathway to impact. We provide coaching, consulting and education to equip individuals to identify, articulate and then pursue their pathway to impact through their career. For those already on their pathway, we partner with them to amplify their impact. We also work with organisations, helping them empower their team members to be effective, impactful, and self-empowered.
Our approach draws from design thinking, human centred design, growth mindset tools, lean startup methodology, adult learning principles, and coaching practices to provide customised support that equips individuals with a pocket full of purposeful tools, approaches, knowledge, resources, and contacts - and the confidence to apply these.

Our Model
Our work is delivered based on our Triple E model which has three layers: Empathising Enabling Empowering Empathy is our first layer, focused on getting to know our customers and building a strong foundation of trust, authenticity and partnership so we can best support you on your journey.
Enabling is focused on equipping you with the ability to identify and follow your pathway to impact which we do through coaching, consulting and education.
Empowering is the final layer and acknowledges the role that you must play in your own journey - engaging in the experience, applying your learning, and committing to your journey. This is crucial so that you can become self-empowered and sustainably continue to follow your impact pathway.
